What to do?? Opinions..

Hey all, not new to the forums, but new to posting. . Im a member on Pavementsucks.com as well. .

I have a 95 2500hd 12v with the following mods. .

215 injectors

#5 tst plate pushed to the limit

16cm turbine housing

hx35 turbo

afc spring kit

bhaf

6" stacks

dunrite t/c

transbuddy kit

fresh HD transmission (I rebuilt)

guages

What should I do in the next few weeks? Im looking for more low-end power, and a nice improvement over my mods now...

370s or DD3/4 injectors

Propane injection

GSK 3 OR 4K

B1 turbo or HX40 or larger turbo?

Any other ideas?

Im not really wanting to get into the area of self destructing my engine ... lol. But I would like some more low end power. . I have heard about blowing out the head-gasket with any other mods besides the ones I allready have, but I would like to go more extreme then what I allready have. . Any ideas? Thanks -Jordan

Don't go with 370's if you can afford the DDP3's or 4's.

What is your timing set at? It depends somewhat on your timing but you shouldn't run over 40 PSI boost on the stock headgasket and bolts to be safe. You can install studs with the stock gasket and be OK to 50 PSI with up to 17 degrees timing.

A lot of people like the HTB2 62/12 turbo for around 400-450 RWHP, but it really depends on your power goals.

i backup what matt said, get the DDP 3's or 4's, the 3's have the same power as the 370's, they 4's have a bit more, but both have the correct spray angle for our trucks, they make more power, and are considerably cleaner than the 370's, id go with the HTB2 line of turbos, they are very responsive, and can be upgraded very cheaply when you need more air flow.
