What to fix?

Just got a new to me 03 4x4 auto, And like my 97 im sure there are things i need to do to make it last. I got the kdp just in time, thanks to this site.

Fortunately, we don't have anything serious like the KDP in the third gens. Early on there was a minor issue with the alternator brackets cracking and causing the belt to squeal. Look to make sure your bracket is a cast piece and not stamped from heavy sheet metal. Watch for abnormal tire wear as some folks (not me) have had ball joint problems.

It has a steel braket. The truck was made 09 02 so what year braket should i get?
