what to look for buying Edge w/attitude

Looking for any advice on buying an Edge Juice w/Attitude. Seems like I remember hearing you should be careful buying from Internet sites like eBay. Seems like you needed to have some code or something? What are your thoughts about buying used boxes??

If you buy from some people on Ebay then edge will void your warranty as they do not follow the rules set by Edge to be a dealer. Used can be good but you may not have a warranty on a used product either. We are a Edge Dealer and can get you a very good price for you while still being able to take care of any warranty problems yo might have. if you would like a price shoot me a PM.

I personally wouldn't worry about buying used boxes from ebay. Edge, to my knowledge, doesn't require you to register the product for warranty purposes. I'm sure Edge will warranty the product regardless of where you bought it. And, they're not going to give you 20 questions about where you bought it. They've been great to me.

I just can't see how edge would even know the unit came from an unauthorized dealer. Unless Edge is sending units to an unauthorized dealer with branded serial numbers. I can't see how/why that would happen either.

I bought mine off of ebay and have had no trouble getting warranty work done on it.

I got mine from autoanything.com for $704. 00 total. Full warranty. Love the box.

If they ask who the box was purchased from and you say one of the many names they have in the computer the warranty will be void. Edge has a whole team that does nothing but scour the net looking for MAP infractions.





Also, usually for warranty it is based on the manufacture date, not the purchase date, unless you can produce a sales receipt. The sales receipt kinda gives it away too.
