What to look for in a used 2004 CTD????????

Hello Guys,



I have a 99 CTD I bought new. Am currently looking at a 2004 2500 4wd Laramie Loaded, Grille Guard, Luverne Running boards from front to rear wheels, hide a ball, rhino lined. Has a few scratches in paint from dogs, non smoker, 39,000 miles.



As far as "quirks" what should I be looking for in a 2004 Laramie???

Bad u joints, bad ball joints, bad lift pump. That just about sums up the list of chronic problems. I will turn 160K on mine next week. It has original lift pump, second set of ball joints and only the rear ujoint has gone bad. I have someone interested in mine and have considered buying another 04 with less miles. Do you mind if I ask the price?
