What to see in the Smokey Mountains?

We're planning a trip to the Smokey Mountains this summer, and my wife and I were trying to decide where to go and what to see. She had wanted to see Clingman's Dome, Newfoundland Gap, and Cades Cove. We don't know what else we want to see. We're looking for suggestions on what else to see. We're only planning a week trip. Any Suggestions?

A hike up to the top of Mt. Leconte (sp) is a nice trip. It's the highest peak east of the Mississippi.

There is a neat driving tour similar to Cades Cove near the Gatlinburg entrance that I would recommend... <sigh> the name escapes me now. It has frequent stops and a hike to a nearby falls (the looooongest two miles you will ever walk!), but well worth it. If you haven't settled on a CG, I would highly recommend Creekside RV Resort in Pigeon Forge, e stayed there last Sept. and really like it. If you want more info, PM me.
