Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What transmision do I have?

I looked at the stamp on the transmision on the driver side just above the pan and the numbers are: pk5211839121863286



How do I know what transmission I have so I can adjust the bands correctly?



Is it a 42RH, 46RH, 47RH? The truck is a 95 3500 4x4 dually.

I did some googling and it sounds like the diesel has the 47RH. If this is wrong let me know.

That's correct. 47RH. The next thing to buy is a service manual. Geno's has them. The aftermarket cheapos are no good.

I agree with you, I have a Haynes manual and it's worthless!!!
