Why the high levels of Copper indicated in an Oil Analysis?

JPM,

I use Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 in my 05 2500 cummins.

Your rear diff would be the 11.5"... All Cummin's trucks have that rear diff.
Front Diff is the 9.25"

Transfer case should be the NV243

I don't run Amsoil in the transfer case / transmission.. I use the Supertec ATF+4 in both of those components.

Engine: AME 15w-40 Heavy Duty & Marine Oil
Trans: MTF Syncromesh
xcase: ATF
Diffs: SVG 75w-90

The transfer case is a NV271 if a manual shift and NV273 if electronic.
In 2003 there where 2 difference rear axles used, but since you have a NV5600 you have the AAM 11.5" axle.

here's what I ordered
transmission + one extra quart
