What web site to check order status on new Dodge?

Is there a web site I can go to, to check the order status of my '02 Dodge 3500 Quad Cab? I have the V. O. N. but don't know where to check the status via internet.

You have to call D/C to find the status of your truck BEFORE it ships—no website. Here is the link referred to above, thanks to Dave Fritz.

http://www.dodgeram.org/buying_info/Order_status.htm just describes how to check by phone, lists the order status codes, and gives some links for railroad tracking after your truck has been shipped. This is how I translated "BG" status into something somewhat more meaningful.



The only way I've found thusfar to check an order via the Internet is on http://www.fleet.chrysler.com, but you have to qualify and enroll. I personally don't qualify (only ordering one measly truck through fleet), so I guess I'm stuck using the phone method.



I'd sure be interested if someone figures out how to do it via the 'net. Then I'd be like a little kid: "Is it done yet?", "Is it done yet?"...

I wish. I ordered mine right from the factory the way I wanted it.



I think DC could get a $1,000 per person on custom ordered trucks if they would let us walk the line as our truck was built. Giving each employee at least a thumbs up! I wonder if the marketing goons are listening...
