I want to spec a truck and see what options are available -- where are you guys going to do this -- what website??

The Dodge site gives some pretty good info. You can pretty much build your truck right there. There is also a good towing guide there that will pretty much spec out a towing vehicle for your needs. Most of the info there is kept up to date.

Try Kelly Blue book www.kbb.com and you will have a little more information to work with that you are going to want. For instance it includes cost as well as retail as you build the truck. There are a few other things you may want to check out as well.

I agree, KBB is my favorite by far.

Select "New Car Pricing", then "Trucks", then Dodge... etc.

When you get to the appropriate style/trim page, I like to select the "Printable All Options Report" (left side, along the bottom). It lists all the ordering options/codes, along with their invoice & retail prices. Really nice to know exactly how much each option will add, without having to re-calculate every time.

Darren,

Go to MSN's Auto website. There you'll find the options, MSRP, and Invoice prices for all options, etc. Once you've made all you choices, you can "price the truck" and you'll see the total MSRP and Invoice price. Great tool.

Here's the link: MSN Auto's

Good luck and have fun! -Ken

One more site where you can build a Dodge, Ford, and/or Chevy truck of any size with any option is www.encs.com. This site is Exchange New Car Sales, it is the website for military overseas car sales, but anyone can use it. It lets you build a truck with invoice and retail prices for all makes, models, and option packages in an easily printable format. When you get to the home page of the website click on "Custom Orders and Pricing Information" and then when the new page loads go to the bottom of the writing and again click on "Custom Orders and Pricing Information," then let the third page load and just select the year, make, and model to build your own truck. This website used in conjunction with the Dodge website can really help you out building your truck and getting pricing information before you go to the dealer and horse trade.

Finally, remember Bossier Country Dodge in Fairfield, TX, www.bossiercountry.com, military members get 1% below invoice for any Dodge truck you order. (Everybody else can order for invoice price. ):D
