Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) What year did Cummins first start.

What year did Cummins first start using bolts with sleeves to mount there manifold on the engine? Also does anybody know of a shop in the Mobile, AL or Pensacola, FL area that can do a ATS 3 piece manifold install?

This change started with the 24 valve. The head has no ears, like on the square 12v. exhaust ports (that can break) and the manifold has round ports with a sweeping exhaust flow.
