Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) What years do the DRBII Cover?

Anyone? I thought the DRBIII is the big Daddy that covers all but The DRBII goes only so high?

DRBIII is the tool for OBDII, OBDII is required diognostics in the USA for the 1996 model year and up. Some vehicles had it as early as 1994. DRBII should be good for most vehicles up to 1995, useless after that.
