I need to replace the bushings on a Trac Bar I am getting from an Auto Salvage Yard for my 12v Trac Bar upgrade.

What are the best Bushings for a work truck? ('97 going to a 3rd Gen Trac Bar conversion).

NAPA can get you the stock style ones. Maybe a little better than stock. Can't remember how much, but it isn't a painful memory, so it must have been less than $30. 00. The $100. 00 plastic offset ones didn't work for me. Rotated in the T-bar and clunked no matter how tight I got them.

I looked around when I needed to replace mine. Ended up w/ the replacements from napa as I couldn't find anything else.

You could probably call a company like daystar and see if they have something in the right width and diameter though.

If you do replace the bushings w/ the ones from napa, you will need a press to install. I tried getting them in w/ a hammer and it won't work, it is an extremely tight fit.

Yep, those are the plastic one I had, but without the star washers. Might stop the clunking, but the offset ones I recieved still spun in the trac bar. Go to NAPA and save up for a Thuren bar.
