whats best way to seal water leak @airvent?

i ve also found where my drivers side
floor is damp from air vent area
once i remove plactic kick panel
then what?

When I tried out the w/s washer on my swap. It leaked in the same place! I can't imagine what would happen in the rain. Seams like the water drips off of the cowl and hits that big plastic lip of the vent. I got some foam tape about 1/4' thick and made a new gasket around the panel side. Mine was old and had pulled away some. It did not leak when I tried the washers. Have not had it in the rain yet. Let me know how it works.
