I was looking at getting one of these,but would like to know of some of the +/-. I dont have anything done to my truck other then muffler delete and air intake. Its supposed to be 90 on tow and 130 on performance. Just some peoples opinions on this??Thanks

I have one for my 2005. Haven't used it for awhile. I since have a Edge Juice w/ Attitude. The Flashpaq gives decent power on performance and alittle better mileage. It has safe power. I would still recommend guages. You can also adjust tire sizes. The downfall on it. Is it stated a Extreme level and top end speed changeability when I bought it (what they advertised). Not the case. If you are interested. I will sell you mine. Save your money on a new one. It can be downloaded w/ software from their website to work w/different year models. Give me a PM.

what is the top speed ability on our trucks anyways??How much are you selling it for. Do you think the smarty would be a better option for me since im not gonna go mod wild?

PM me for the price. I think top end for Dodge in stock form is 99mph - 105mph (don't hold me on that, but close enough). The Smarty is what you want if your going balls out for hp and other upgrades to accomadate it. The Superpaq you'll get roughly 70-80 hp tops on performance level.

why does there web site say that it makes 130 on performance. Unless maybe they rate that at the crank and not real world power.

There are only a very few programmers/tuners that actually give the hp that they state for their product. Every truck is different also. Superchips also states they test all their programmers on stock trucks. They also said if you drive "normal" that you don't need guages or aftermarket upgrades. So if it's putting out 130 hp on performance. Then your transmission and EGT on stock truck would put your truck into mush. DOA:{
