Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) what's it worth?

I know it is hard to say without seeing the truck but if someone could just give me a guess that would be great.



My dad has a loaded 1997 12 valve 5 speed 4wd 125,000 miles (approximately) extended cab, leather, cd player, about everything you could get back then. It is in rough shape inside and out, the right front bumper is pushed in (not sure from what) the drivers seat is pretty bad from sliding in and out, so it is ripped on the door side. Basically the inside has just been neglected. The truck has a steel flatbed and it has a pretty new clutch.
