Whats it worth??

I currently have a 2000 2500 auto, my friend has a 05 3500 SWR 4 dr with 6 speed and 410s with 146000 mi. he is trading up to a dually and Im wondering what his truck is worth? Im thinking about buying it. its in very good cond with B&W hitch in the bed. rebuilt front end, a tuner with gages, no dents etc. he says he routinely gets 21+ unloaded on the I state and 13 loaded pulling his 36 ft camper. I know these trucks are scarce as hens teeth and this one is nice. what should I be willing to pay??

Maybe I'm way off here, but 4.10's and 21+ mpg does not add up in my head. Although, it always seems like it's the "other" guys who get spectacular mileage, just not me.
