I have a 1997 12V 4X4 Lariat CC that I'm going to sell as soon as my new truck arrives (06 3500 Laramie "J" CC 4X4). The old girl has 249K miles on her and has the following options:TST #6, Cummins Chrome intake (non-egr) "Ute" aluminum front bumper; aftermarket stereo including XM radio; whole cab completely dynamatted, Laramie package (power windows, doors, 6 way driver seat wtc. etc. ) She also has some dents! 1 bad one on the passenger side fender right above the headlight, several on the sides and rails of the bed, She's recently picked up the death wobble again (I bought "Luke's Link" but have not installed yet), she needs alignment (new track bar fer sure) and needs new tires and the rearend is making a clicking noise in sharp turns. Oh and I recently discoved when I was rotating tires (replaced drums/shoes last year) that I have an axle seal leaking (oil all over the brake assemblys)

Just wonderin' about what a ballpark fair price would be, I offered her for 3,000 a couple months ago and got 2-3 people interested but my new truck order was delayed so I couldnt afford to be without her for 2 months (new truck is due to arrive 4-29-06)

Better off just keeping the old girl ... you'll need her to drive around when the 2006 is in the shop for all sorts of problems ;).
