What's my truck worth?

I'm thinking of selling my truck and was wondering what it is worth? The truck is a Canadian truck and is in Alberta.



It is a 2006 3500 mega cab Laramie SRW 4X4 Inferno red 5. 9L 6 speed std. It is fully loaded the only options it does not have are sunroof, navigation and u-connect. It has the factory dvd player. The truck has many up grades: Afe mega canon cold air intake, banks high ram intake, bully dog triple dog downloader, quad zilla boost fooler, isspro white faced boost and pyro guage with an a-pillar mount, MBRP dual 304 stainless exhaust, dyna trac manual locking hubs, I changed the gear ratio to 3. 42, tinted windows, line-x sprayed in box liner. the truck has 16500 km's.



I was thinking of getting a 2010 as I like the new style of truck.

"Down " here , it would be hard to say. All the extras don't mean a thing unless you find a person that wants the truck set up exactly as you have it. With the economy the way it is, good luck finding a bank to finance a 4 year old truck too. Might be better off to hold onto it till times change... hopefully for the better !

Why do you want a new truck? That truck you have looks really nice! How do you like the Dyna Trac hubs?

Ya that truck looks great. You want a new one with all the smog crap on it ?? Go into the 6. 7 forums and get boned up on the issues.

The low miles are a huge plus but I personally would not buy a truck that has had any performance modifications done to it. As a matter of fact, to me, it detracts from the price. Your best bet for real world prices is to get on autotrader.com and find trucks similar to yours and see what they are going for. Good Luck.

What is really going to hurt in selling your truck is all the performance stuff. I don't believe many folks want all that.



You may want to consider removing the performance goodies and selling it as stock. You'll attract more would be buyers.

That is a great looking truck. Not sure what it is worth, but I have about the same truck and it is an excellent rig. I would be wary of trading up to another truck, that probably won't do anything mine wouldn't. Good luck with your sale. Scotty

I think the dyna trac hubs are great. Truck drives so much freer. I don't know if that is a word... . lol The installation was a breeze and it is a top quality product. The only thing is I would opt for the shorter stub kit they offer now as that is my only gripe is how far they stick out.
