there is a usb1. put together by Mr Pius for Bell. it has a wastegated housing. i have no complaints about its spool up. its good thru 53#'s, and will hold more after that. some people are having trouble with it barking. mine doesnt do it though. thats what i can share with you.

Other than the normal ones out there like the 40's, 55's, USB-1 from Bell there is still the B series but there not quite the same, Ken Diaz(the guy that puts out the B series, B-1's, 2's, B/B and B-52 ) has done allot with them over the last few years, there are different versions for different applications. I'm impressed not only with his products but him too and will not rule out running a B-1 type on my Twins but it would be a custom one off deal!

Give J. R. Adkins a call. He is making some pretty awesome turbos. My buddy 01HO is running one of his turbos, but I am not at liberty to say what that one is:D . But my friend DLANGE has one of his '55s on a 24 valve and it is awesome. I will be getting one soon. I just have to make up my mind between a 40 or a 50. You can e-mail him at -- email address removed -- or give him a call. I can't see the back window of my truck right now or I would give you his number. Good luck in your search.

It's real hard to beat a HX40 on a 400 HP truck for every day use and towing.

They light at ~1600 RPM. The B-1 Turbos Light at ~1700 RPM (heavier rotor)

HX50/55's dont light till about 2000 RPM (is you have the fuel to kick them over)

I am going to have to back up the call to J. R. Adkins. Knowing him, and having seen what his turbo's will do this weekend at muncie, I am extremely impressed. Not to mention J. R. is a 12v guy himself so chances are he will have something for you.
