I am trying to order a set of Brake Performance rotors for the crew cab. Issue is, the Brake Performance website has two different versions of the rotor for a 1993 W350 front Dana 60. My guess is one is for SRW and the other is for DRW, but after speaking with their reps, they can only read their website. (Seriously, they re read the website for me and when I said I need info not on there they said they only know whats on the site and didn't know anything more. Go figure. :-laf) Bigger issue is I think they got even some of the specs mis typed on the website as I dont believe the gen 1 trucks ever came with 3/4" studs! :-laf

Anyways, they show two rotors and based on the casting number of the rotors determines what you order. They show 10035 and 99755 as casting numbers.

Anyone know what the right casting number is for dually rotors?

Thanks!

Robert

Id ask them if they can cross refrence from a site like Napa or not as you can see photos on it , or id go through some one else . sounds like they might be a few cards short of a full deck !!!!

Yeah, they cant cross reference anything short of whats in their book!

But they do have a good product. I have a set of their rotors and pads on the 1990... ...

Thanks but don't go through too much trouble. I was hoping someone had a rotor lying around.

Maybe a better question. Where is that number on the rotor? Lol

If i can renember when im out in the shop ill see if i can see it on my axel , i need to either replace both or just buy a single and run it

Years ago I replaced the rotors on my 93 W350. They needed the casting number from the hub, not the rotor. there is an embossed number on the side of the hub.

My buddy uses hubs and rotors of the earlier ( pre 90 ) trucks. The 91-93 have always been too hard to find. Still working on getting you numbers. Shad

Yep, that's the hub numbers, not the rotors. As far as I know, there are three casting numbers. The later trucks should be the 100353 number, but with all the swapping that's been done in the last 20 years, you'd better check. Did I mention Wagner doesn't make those hubs anymore??!?!? I bought two from Orielly's in '03, and they had 7 nationally. In '09 I needed some for Mikee's CCC, and they weren't available. We ended up using Chevy front hubs and rotors... .

I got the 99755 casting hubs, IIRC, and use Bosch 16010214 rotors with good results... . 102762 is another dual hub casting number I came across, but have never seen the hub in person... .

I have no idea what the difference is, and know the 99755 casting and the 100353 casting will go on the same spindle, but there is a spec difference somewhere... ... .

10264 and 99756 are the one ton, single wheel versions.

Ohhhh. I see.....

I will have to see then what my hubs say as I thought it was rotor... ...

IIRC, and I may not, the casting number should be inside one of the cast webbing supports that goes outward, basically where your studs would be if you had a 3/4 ton... .

No comments from the cheap seats on this, but finally ordering brakes for the crew. And have run into the same hub number issue! lol

And HH, fwiw, I have the rare hub number that you have never seen in person. Budd hub 102762. Go figure. lol

Whyyyyyy do you need hubs? Rotors won't fix it?

No no. I need rotors. But everyone keeps asking me what hub casting number I have and the one I have isnt one of the two options the parts monkeys system allows them. lol So they tell me they are unsure what rotors I need.*

I could be wrong here but i think where all this comes into play is where the rotor mounting flange is located at on the hub, so you need the correct off set rotor to line up with the caliber bracket, I had to do a little of this kind of research when i put 88 DRW hubs on a 93 SRW axle

OK. So for all the poor buggers searching this topic in the future....

The casting number everyone asks for, is the original Mopar ROTOR casting number that came on the truck when new!! LMAO The hub number 102762 and rotor casting number*100353 are for the same application.*
