I am going to step out on a limb and guess you are talking about header wrap.

It is a heat resistant material that is wrapped around hot pipes to keep the heat in and protect what ever is in close proximity to the heat.

On the 07. 5and 08 there is a tsb that calls for replacing 02 sensors and adding wrap around the pipe by the first 02 sensor

This wrap is the one (I think).

That is correct but it has been superceded to a very nice fabricated blanket in a new tsb-
