Found this plug behind the front bumper on the driver side this afternoon. What's it's purpose?

I haven't had much time to play with the new truck yet and rain is coming tonight, so I set aside a little time this afternoon to poke around. Got the trial UConnect thingy set up, but I'm sure I'll never use it. Been reading the manual at night before bed and that's about it. Was supposed to get a load of hay today, but somehow this flipping motel always finds a way to kibosh the plans. Anyone want a motel for cheap??

Are you aware there is another 1000 pages of printed manuals on your truck available from FCA?

Just call the customer service number and tell them you want the printed manuals...... a 900+ page owners manual, a 350+ page diesel supplement, and if you have the 8.4 radio, another 260+ page book. Free to the original owners.....They are also online, on the owner connect website.

^^Thanks^^ This is what I received.....along with a CD which I haven't watched yet.

Yep, there's more. There should be a card or some info somewhere that tells you to call the number mentioned above for additional materials.

Do they give these books to us and send us to a training seminar? They don't give us keys? How do we keep the scum bag auto thieves from driving off in our new truck?#@$%!
Maybe I should invest in a new pet rattlesnake or a Remington Model 870 (18-1/4 in barreled Shot Gun) aka Riot Gun?

I called the service number today to order my encyclopedia owners manual and someone at the call center actually answered. English speaking, super helpful and sounded cute as all get out; I might call again tomorrow :D

No, I think this is one of TOM CLANCY type of books!

Per my Mother-In-Law after reading one of my Tom Clancy's books. An I quote: "I do not need to know every type of screw on a submarine" end quote.

Jim

If it's a Tom Clancy Work, it's well worth reading!

I've been meaning to call, but then that's the story of my life. Still haven't called on our '14 Durango. Being King of the procrastinators...
