Wheel Bearing PN for '03 4x4

I am looking for the wheel bearing part # for a '03 4x4. Trying to find a cheap replacement until I can get a hub conversion from EMS off Road.

I, too, have a 2003 Ram 3500 4x4 and recently had both my front wheel bearings replaced by the dealer at 215,000 miles. The Dodge repair order shows Part # BR930502. The dealer lists them at $462. 00 each (ouch!). Hope this helps.

IIRC, ryan (rbatelle) was able to get his hands on just the bearing and replaced them, not the whole ball of wax. Do a search and see what comes up, i think it was about 2 years ago. Maybe he will pipe in here and fill you in.

I currently have two new SKF bearings still boxed. Were spares but I since sold the truck

Also Rock Auto sells parts quite resonably.

They carry the electronic viscous fan clutch on occassion

The hub assembly is PN 5103507-AA and cost about $280 at Saitta Trudeau Dodge in Pahrump, NV. List is $424 for the assembly.

Rockauto has a TIMKEN, part # HA590032 for $202 dollars. Shipping is probably around $10 bucks. Those are usually the ones I get.

For what the bearings are going to cost, you could use the Dynatrac, assuming it is currently available, instead of replacing the bearings and waiting for the EMS. And this assumes your labor is free.

I have a set of front wheel bearings for 04 4x4 2500

I have a good set of front wheel bearings for a DR 2004 2500 4x4 cummins AA axle. Mine were recommended to be replaced at 50K miles mistakenly by a not so smart Dodge tech. He said they were the cause of a vibration at speed, so I replaced them myself only to find out the problem we a bad rear U-joint. now I have a perfectly good set with wire harness intact as spares in the garage.



post me if your interested in buying them, I dont know what would be a good price for them so just make an offer. they have 50K miles on them, all of it on the road no towing.
