So I went to my local LS tire shop to have tires rotated and alignment checked.

After putting my truck on the alignment rack, the guy tells me my right hub is going and so a the tie rod end.

Estimate in neighborhood of $700.

2007. 5 2500 MC with 6. 7L. at about 15K i put on a KORE HP system with 35" toyo MT, stock rims.

So some questions...

Isn't 55k kinda soon to have a hub go?

Looking on line, I see a large price difference in hubs-National/Moog/SKF/Timpkin/Mopar... ... . is one better than another?

Do i need to do both sides?

With that size tire should i run an off set ball joint or tie rod end?

I am getting the slight pull to the right (big tires) should i upgrade steering damper?

The tire shop guy said he did not think tire size had any thing to do with the hub going out but I wonder.

The truck looks great and does well when i am off road hunting or fishing with the suspension/tire combo. Unfortunately that is not often enough to justify maintenance (read $$) to keep replacing parts. I may have to go back to more moderate shoes.
