Wheel Question

I bought a set of factory alloy wheels and Michelin tires off Ebay for my 03 truck, I'll pick them up tomorrow. Friend of mine wants to buy my chrome clad steel wheels and Michelin tires for his 04 Dodge Cummins. My truck is a 4x4 his a 2wd will they interchange. I thought I read somewhere on here they would but not 100% sure.
