I wanting to put wider tires on next time around. My truck is stock highth, and i was wondering if anyone had put spacers on their truck. How wide where they, what size tires did you go with

I was about to try mounting up Alcoa super singles on the rear of my ram. I was looking

into 10 hole 285mm adaptors. They would have added 1&1/4 inches of offset outwards

which was perfect for me. They were steel so they would take weight. I was very

nervous about using aluminum. I ordered them from Bobby at Stockton Wheel Service

in Stockton, CA. the tires for the rear were 445x14x22. 5 Michelines.

yea steel would be better. I was planing one keeping my dual tires and adding a spacer in the middle one the 07. But worried about the weight too. I move a forklift with mine and it weighs around 25000 not counting the trailer. Hows thoses singles holding up, Not to be nosey but what did they run you?

I ran 315/70/r17 on my 05 used a 2in spacer from performance wheel. alum. worked great for 2 years, towed 16,000 lbs from ca to idaho several times. no loose nuts, no problems. would still have them but moved up to 22. 5s

hi, i have a 2001 3500c&c and i bought a pair of spacers aluminum 11/4 wide but when i tried to install them i realized that there is no way the align the wheels using these. the rims are meant to align themselves on the ens of the axle(a good snug fit) but the hole in the spacers are far too big the align. and the wheel nuts aren`t the self aligning type like normal single wheel trucks.

has anyone ran into this problem?
