Bolt patterns are the same but the factory wheels do not fit over the rear brake drums of the 2nd gens.



If the wheels you are asking about after aftermarket then they should fit but you may want to check the offset.
 
I have a set of wheels from an '86 D250 on my '97 2500 4x4. No problems, went right on. Actually, 2 of the set from the '86 are on my '92, I had a little bolt hole problem because 2 on the '92 were ferd rims. :eek: I swapped them around between trucks, so they'll fit.

I think the older rims are offset more, they look like they sit out a little farther.
