Wheels on Cover of Magazine

The wheels shown on the most recent issue (44) of the TDR magazine are nicer looking than my wheels. The center cap is different, in my opinion better looking than my 03'. Where can I get these caps? Do all the 04's have these? Anyone know the price ?

BTW: yes I know the truck on the cover is a gasser, but that shouldn't make a difference, it is a 3500.

That's it precisely. . . those caps come on the gassers.
