2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission wheels

Hello all,

I'm looking at buying a set of 16x8 Eagle 058 wheels for my 1997 2500 4x4 and I have a question about offset and backspacing. The wheels being offered have -11mm offset and 4" backspacing. Will these work well with my truck? I'd like to run 265s on them and keep within the wheelwells as much as possible.
