I'm looking at an 89 D250 that is doesn't have the spare tire and wheel. What model years will fit this truck besides the all of the 1st Gen Rams? It doesn't have to match so if its from a 2nd Gen truck, that would be ok with me too.

Anything with and 8-hole on 6-1/2 center should work - the offsets and widths may vary, but who cares for a spare!

Is that what all of our CTD's have on them for wheels? All I've ever done with wheels is told the person I was talking to what the truck was and they took care of the rest.

Yes - stock is 6" wide for ours - I think the new ones are 6-3/4" wide - but the pattern is the same.
