Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) When Does My Warranty Expire?

How would I find out when my factory 5 year DC warranty expires? My truck is a '99. I bought used about a year ago. Only has 77K miles on it, so time's gonna run out before the miles do. Is it as simple as calling the dealer and giving them the VIN #? Would Carfax tell me? I know I must be close to being my own warranty station. Thanks for the help.

call the dealer service dept. with the vin, they will tell you when it expires, it depends on the delivery date
