How early is to early to BOMB?? Was thinking about Quadzilla any thoughts?? How long should I wait to mod this truck? Also where to get stacks, I want to leave existing system in truck and put 2 valves on it 1 for regular exhaust ( when hauling trailer - to keep sheets and wife happy) and 1 to allow stacks. I want to do 5" with curve @ top have seen some pic's like this. How do you guys clear the tank and go straight through the bed??? makes for a clean install. Delivered 6-1-05 178 miles on it.

I would say at least 1000 miles before fueling mods...

Gives ya time to get EGT/Boost gauges :)

Wow, ready for bombing before 1k. I thought I really jumped the gun, starting my addiction at 17k. Originally I was going to wait until all warranties were up, but I didn't really make it !!!!

I do think it is worth waiting at least 10k before any power/drive train modding. Hell if you have that rare "really bad truck" a fueling mod may give the dealer a reason to deny any coverage. Seems like most of the guys on this site with really big problems have them happen early in the life of the truck. Just my opinion but spend a little time getting used to the truck stock, you will appreciate your mods even more if you have a real good feel for the improvement those mods create.

Already had 1 rare really bad truck. Trans problems from the get go 04. 5 48RE. Went to dealer 5 separate times. Unable to repair and wouldn't change transmission per DC. :-{} After last visit and transmission being worse I traded for a stick. I'll deal with Chrysler later. Figure what are the odds of 2 lemons in a row. Love the new truck and its already a big plus with the power actually getting to the ground. Oo. Oo. I at least want stacks and will probably start to purchase some goodies for the appropriate time to install. Just lookin for input on when to turn the power up.
