When & Where to order 2004 HO in Ohio?

OK Guys... . almost my turn.

Getting close to the right time to order my retirement truck.



When will 2004 orders be accepted by Dodge? Ive heard June and July. Anyone know?



Also looking for an Ohio dealer, anywhere in Ohio, who will deal with me on an invoice plus purchase.
