Yes.

Hardware wise the 03-04 were all the same, just a different program for Cali, SO, and HO.

Remember you could buy a "TEST PIPE" for your exhaust that fit exactly where your "CAT" fit for the 12V's??? 94's built in 93 did not have a KITTY.
