I have the know how but not the drill press. I need drilled out banjo bolts as a minimum. Is there a complete fuel line system from tank to lift to filter to injector pump.

I read the thread about fuel lines (all four pages) and I am more comfused than before I started reading. Memory is not good, maybe there is something there but I do not want to reread that article. It made me dizzy by the time I was done. #ad

I don't have a drill press either Ron. I just used a hand drill and a chamfer tool (I have that from my reloading stuff). You can buy two bolts and drill them out, change out two, drill those out, etc - until you have them all changed.

ron , no drill press required , i did it by hand , take your time , the small holes you can do in one step , the thru holes in 3 . if you want to save some time i have a set already drilled there are 5 total in a stock system. i'll send them to you and you send me back yours after the swap . email me and we can get it going , tell me what year as i have to know how many , if any , bolts with fuel gauge taps .

yes that thread made me dizzy also , i have yet a couple more tests to preform and then i'll post my findings , some may not agree but the only real way to test it would be a side by side comparsion on the dyno of my system and a 1/2 inch system . maybe i can get a tank from someone that switched to a larger tank , put in the 1/2 inch fuel system in it and do a line and tank swap at the dyno facility .

Ronsram--we're still compiling data on the fuel line/lift pump/filter/heater changes--fittings are being made up to get us -08AN thru the filter and to the VP44 and when these are done there will probably be some kits made up depending on what you want--hopefully sometime soon we will summarize what has been done and from there you can decide what you want---Mopar Muscle is doing a step by step process and I've gone with a Holley at the stock location=no good to a Barry Grant relocated to the front of the gas tank with -08 lines from deep in the tank to the filter with only the filter to VP44 as my weak link with -06 lines for now, but due to some unforeseen probs things have slowed down, so if you can wait for 2-4 weeks I think everything will be complete and it will be easy to figure out what setup you want---chris

Thanks Mopar-Muscle I e-mailed you a letter. Sorry I can'nt help you with the fuel tank. I have a friend that works in the salvage and towing business, if you live close enough maybe we can find you one off a wrecked truck or at least do a locator for you.
Thanks again, Ron
