Where can I find Tire step mount

I thought I saw a step that mounted to any tire on your truck. I think it folded up when you were not using it. It made it easier to was the hood and cap of the truck.



Can someone help me out?

Those fold up ones are sure nice, but so far the only one I could find to buy was the Harbor Freight unit.
