where can i get ss braided fuel lines?

who sells braided ss fuel lines?:

i've never seen them but they sound great. i've done twwwo injector jobs and they would be much easieer with flexable fuel lines. also, is there any performance gain with these?thanks ..... james... .

I believe you can get the braided SS lines from Brandon in California. Search for member named Brandon.

You may also be able to get some from Sportbike.

Another option is to read who has them, and make up your own by ordering the stuff from www.summitracing.com or another supply store.



I hope you are not thinking that these lines will replace your high pressure lines from the injection pump to the injector tubes... that is not the case. These lines replace the stuff from below the drivers seat to the lift pump, lift pump to the fuel filter, and then the fuel filter to the injection pump. They look pretty cool and rid your Ram of the five Banjo bolts.

if you're talking about the changing out the lines that connect to the head/injectors from the VP44--you don't want to mess with them and changing them would be a disaster--those things are under at least 4500psi if not more--the upgraded lines everyone talks about are from the tank to the VP44 or from the hardline right before the lift pump to the VP44---again don't mess with the lines from the VP44 to the head/injectors---chris

The cheapest place for Aeroquip i know of is www.summitracing.com and as always, if you dont see it on there site, call them. www.jannettyracing.com also sells a complete braided fuel line kit for the ISB with all the fittings and hose you need plus instructions. Give them a call. They are a great company.
