2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Where did console come from?

This console looks almost factory to me. Anyone know where this guy got this or where another could be bought.

I remember seeing that console when it was first posted quite a few years ago. It was custom built by a TDR member. I considered building one myself, carpeting the sides and using black lexan for the face. I ended up leaving it stock because I like the fold down cup holders.
