Seven years ago I bought a "Guaranteed Price Refund" extended warranty on a fifth wheel from Lyndon-DFS Warranty Services Inc. After not using the warranty I am entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. I sent all the required documentation to the listed address, US Mail, certified/return receipt. It came back "unable to deliver, no forwarding address. " I've searched the 'net quite a bit, and the name is used in a lot of places, but I can't find any phone numbers or addresses for this outfit. Anyone know where they went or how to find them? The original address on the contract is 645 Maryville Centre Dr. , St. Louis, MO 63141-5815. Oh yeah, I also called the listed 800 number and got a recording that said for a fee of $15. 00 I could get the new number (sounds like a scam to me!).

Thanks for the leads. So far nothing concrete, but I may have found where they have changed their name twice in the last few years. I will keep at it until there's nothing left to pursue! I'll post progress here in case anyone else is interested.

Well, the good news is I actually got a full refund! I followed the leads posted above, but hit dead ends. Although the dealership that sold the warranty had a change of management, the new manager gave me a phone number that he felt was to the correct company. The interesting part was that the dealer had the correct info, but the company denied any liability and tried to palm it off to another "division. " After chasing various leads, I called Deutche Bank (spelling looks wrong) and talked with one of their VP's. He told me to call the place the dealer referred me to, give them his name and number annd tell them to service my request or he would be talking to them. I had a check in my bank, verified good, in three weeks!
