Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where do I get info on converting an Automatic to a 5Spd?

I know it has been done before and has probably been discussed here, but I am thinking of replacing my automatic with a 5Spd depending on the cost.



Has anyone had theres converted and who (shops) do this type of swap?
