Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Where does this hose go?

I was rotating the tires and I found a vacuum hose by the spring. I traced it and found the other end goes to a grommet on the firewall on the driver's side upper corner.

that is the hose for your windshield washer fluid. should attach to the bottom of your resevoir.
