I'm getting ready to change out my old diaphragm lift pump for a piston type, hoping to increase my pressure to the injection pump. How/Where can I tap into the line to test before and after pressures?

Kurt

You'll only need to be testing the "after" pressure.

You can us the banjo bolt were the line from the fuel pump comes out and goes to a banjo fitting on the side of the engine. That is the easiest place to do this I would think.

Thanks Bob.

I wasn't specific enough about the before/after. What I meant was the pressure before the install then after.

Sorry for the reply on the old thread, but, glhs, did you install the piston style lift pump? What kind of pressures are you seeing with it? Thanks.
