Where in hell do I find a 10 spline 1 1/4" diameter 3/4" pilot clutch alignment tool shaft

Where in hell do I find this size clutch alignment tool?????? without buying a clutch replacement kit. Had my NV4500 rebuilt and Standard Trans and Gear replaced mainshaft saying my pilot bearing tore it up and sure enough needle bearings shot. Anyway, due to shipping delays both ways I've been down a month and I need my truck. Is this size alignment tool that difficult to find??? The damn things are included in clutch replacement packages. The frustration to get parts for a Dodge is about to convert me to another manufacturer or get out to the hauling business. And did I say I needed it yesterday. I ordered one ( a Pioneer TAT-5352) from O'reilly's which specified 1 1/4" 10 spline but it actually measures 1 5/16" 10 spline. Its also a 5/8" pilot which I could possibly have increased with electrical tape to 3/4" but would prefer exact tool.

An alignment Toole does not need splines at all, a stepped bolt is all it takes.
Can be made in 2 minutes on a lathe.

Done that more then once for all kind of agriculture equipment.

I didn't think about that. I don't have a lathe but may be able to cobble up 1 1/4" inch wood dowel and drill 3/4" all thread thru it and epoxy it together? if I can't get a premanufactured one soon. My son is at a drift event inquiring this Saturday afternoon with all his contacts and may find one. He's helped me pull trans and is a great mechanic but I have him headed to California to pickup and deliver an $80k boat for a customer leaving Sunday night. Hopefully I can get most of this put back together so I can make my pickup and delivery as promised during the week.

Thank you for all your input. I'll keep you posted. I'm sure there are others who have gone thru this and hope they can search and find this thread with your valuable responses.

where are you located? I have cut off inputs for both the 1.25 and 1.38" because I found that to give much better alignment than the plastic tools.

That would be close enough.
Don't forget, it does not need to be super precise.
Just so that the shaft lines up with the pilot bearing and slips in.
The first time you push the clutch it align itself perfectly by default.
So it is really not a big deal.

Joe, I'm located in TDR hometown of Cumming, Ga. And I agree, an actual main shaft cutoff is a lot more accurate than this plastic one. The advertised 1 1/4" 10 spline I ordered from O'Reilly's measured 1 11/32" with my calipers. Let me know if you could ship, I'm happy to pay and return when finished. I would need it for about 2 weeks (my son has a delivery and would be a week out before returning to assist with installation)
