Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where is best place to buy P7100 Timing Kit?

Looking for a timing kit (Miller 6860) for p pump timing. I see prices range from $340 to $600. Is there a known place to get them that I do not know of?





Also, I see there is a Snap on kit availabale. Seems the dial is even in inch not mm. Is this a better kit? Thoughts?

I have the Snap On kit and it measures in mm's. Works great too. Had it for a while think it was in the $200 range.
