Where is issue 39?

Well it's Mar. 4/03 and I still haven't received my "TDR issue 39". Is this normal for some to get mailed out late? I am in Canada so maybe that has something to do with it. It just seems odd because when I first signed up it was only a couple of weeks and I had my first issue. Is there anyone else who hasn't received theirs yet? Or should I contact someone at the office?:{

Contact Robin. I've had the same problem in the past and she has sent me a second issue to be sure I got it. They can't control the mail system



I'm usually the last to get the new issues, I've had #39 for about 2 weeks now.

Another Canuck here. Don't have mine either. I guess the dogsleds aren't as fast as the pony express.
