WHere is the CP3??

Sorry for the dumb question... Is the CP3 pretty much right under the Fuel filter canister?? Is it kind of Copper colored and one end then the majority of it is black??? Was degreasing the engine today and giving the truck a bath and noticed I had a small amount of moisture right there right where there is a seam in the metal. . Wiped it with my finger and didn't smell like Diesel at all so was just wondering. Thanks!
