Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Where is the fuel plate?

This may be stupid, but where is the fuel plate located? I'm very new to a diesel engine.

Under the AFC housing, Which is on top of your pump, closest to the firewall. Has a 8MM plugnut on the top. This pic shows the AFC housing and the fuel plate under it.
