Where to get 03 power/heated tow mirrors?

I really want to get a set of the 03 power/heated towing mirrors for my 02. Does anyone know a cheap place to get them, and how much does a pair cost new from the dealer? I check ebay every once in a while and there is a pair on there now for 330. 00 is that a good price or a high price? Thanks in advance, corey

I think I remember someone saying that the power/heated tow mirrors were something like 500 for a pair. If so, 330 on ebay ain't bad. Try a salvage yard. Might come up with something.

There is a place on-line that has them for $299 but I don't have that link right now, but I do have this one for $305.

My local dealer told me $345 for a pair and I told them to lube me first and he said he could sell them to me for $315. If you try dickering with your dealer they my give you a break.

I paid $270 for ONE from the best online price I could find. If your local dealer sells them for $300 a pair that is a steal.

03-04 mirrors on generation 2?

Does anyone know if these new powered mirrors on the 03 and 04s will bolt up to the 2nd generation trucks? I have a 1998 with the mickey-mouse ear mirrors. I would love to have the extendable towing versions, like they put on the 2002's, but also would like them to be powered. Also, if they fit, will my 98's power knob work?

I just received my 2 ea. 2003 mirrors from a dealer near Denver two days ago and am excited about changing them out. I have a '02 2500 which already has the "flip up" style with out the electric/heat. The price I paid from the dealer was $355. 00 I know that there is quite a back order for these as it is a popular modification. Hope this helps ~~~~~~~~~~ Cliff

Everything I've seen indicates that the 3G mirrors have to be adapted to existing 2G mounting bases that attach to the doors. If you're looking for "off the shelf" power extendable & retractable, power adjustable, heated 2G towing mirrors, I highly recommend the Powervision mirrors.
