Competition where to get 1480 slip yoke for tcase

I need to get a 1480 slip yoke for my tcase and also a yoke for my dana 80. It is a NV263 which is the same slip as a 241dhd. where is the best place to get those parts?

I spoke with Mark at Greensburg Machine last week. He said he didn't have a slip yoke for a 241DHD available for a 1480 joint and didn't think that a 1480 joint was needed at that end. The axle end is normally the problem.



What shaft thickness are you all running? Stock is 0. 083", you can go 0. 095, 0. 120, 0. 134, heck I think bobcat98 went with 0. 180"! That has got to be one heavy driveshaft...



I should be getting all my driveshaft parts tomorrow. Mark is a great guy to talk to and deal with.

I spoke with him today and I got the 31 spline, 1 7/8 od slip yoke which is what size I have. I know the 6 speed dodges used a different one than the autos did.

I'm almost 100% positive Haisley Machine has them.

Haisley uses another application and machines the OD to fit in the 241DHD
