Where to get a center seat fold down console without the seat

I was wondering where I could get a 2006 Dodge center seat console without the seat and with the 12 volt power outlet/cord.

Thanks,

I am putting new seats in my 06 and I may be able to sell you my center seat w/ console. My seats are grey. Send me a PM if interested.

Just curious, what type of seats are you putting in your '06? have yet to hear of someone swapping out seats in a CTD, but there is a first for everything. I personally hate the overtly soft lower cushion and stiff and un supportive backrest on the '05 truck which I drive. I have tossed the idea around of installing the '05 SRT/10 Ram seats, sat in one on the lot and damn are they the best truck, sport seats I've ever sat in  only problem, I'm not willing to shell out +$4000. 00 to do the swap.

I am installing the new JL stealthbox in place of the center seat. To install it, you use the plastic tray from the console and the lid along with the 12 volt power cord ends. The tray then has to have 4 holes drilled into it to mount it and you end up cutting some metal. I don't want to modify my stock seat as I want to put it in a tote and place it in the attic.

The color doesn't matter as I can use my existing lid since it doesn't get modified. I just want to be able to go back to stock if I ever sell the truck, although I am not willing to pay dealer prices for it.

I did check the local junk yards, but no newer Dodge Rams were found.

The seats I have are the premium seats in the medium slate gray color.

The stealthbox makes it look like a center console with bucket seats. I have a 6 speed manual transimission and always have the console down, so this is much better than removing my folt flat floors to put a sub under the back seats (I shutter at the thought of losing under seat storage and fold flat floors  )

Are you looking for the fold down seat back for the center seat or the actual console for the buckets? I was under the impression you were looking for the actual console not the seat back.

Do you have a link to this box you have or are getting? I would like to install a small 10" woofer I have along with the rest of a small system I have in my new truck. I was thinking of building my own box for one of those holes under the back seat but just have not gotten around to it yet.

Maybe I should do that before I trade it in on my new '06 so I do not stink up the new truck with the smell of fiberglass resin? :-laf

I am looking for the fold down part of the 2006 center seat that houses the storage tray and has the 12 volt power outlet/cord. What I need from it is the black tray with the metal surround attached (peel back fabric to see) and the 12 volt outlet power wire/modular floor plug since those are what has to be slightly modified for the install based on JL Audio's instructions they emailed me (not on their site yet).

Here is the box I want to install. According to JL, there is an error in the wattage, because it should say 400 watts instead of 300 watts.

Since I have a manual transmission, no one ever sits in the center seat, so I treat it like a center console anyway.

My goal is to not modify my original center seat/fold down back assembly since I want to be able to put it back to stock easily in the future. I will put the assembly in a tote and place it in the attic for storage.

I am still trying to find the 2006 center seat console with the 12 volt power connection. Ebay doesn't have them and neither do local junkyards.
